Finca "Cholopata"
Cholopata was the first farm to provide samples for the research. The chemical composition of their coffee was analyzed using Gas Chromatography, allowing us to explore its unique aromatic and flavor profile in detail.
Finca "El Porvenir"
A farm located in Yanacachi, Sud yungas with different coffee varieties grown surounded by trees. What is unique about it is that Marco, the farmer and his team also work in the city providing workshops and selling their coffee to the local and international market. Moreover, helping other farms to improve their processing methods.
Their contribution to the project has a huge impact.
Finca "Del Guadual"
In Chulumani, Bolivia, the farm Del Guadual has become a pioneer in biogas production.
Led by Don Julio and his family, the project began with a vision to explore new applications and create a more efficient design for sustainable energy.
