As part of our vision we want to make the coffee production more sustainable in every step possible. The application of innovative and advanced technology to transform waste into energy is one of our biggest goals. Through anaerobic digestion process the coffee pulp and other organic materia are transformed into clean energy that can be used for different processes such as cooking or even as fuel for the trucks that later will bring the coffee ready to be processed in the city.
